Nous proposons aussi des mises en pratique dans le ring ou des focus sur des points techniques ou des strat\u00e9gies.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->Le cours du lundi qui dure trois heures permet de prendre le temps. Vous pouvez alors travailler en profondeur ou faire plusieurs ateliers. \u00c9videment il n&#8217;y a aucune obligation d&#8217;assister aux trois heures (surtout pour les enfants).
